Thomas KEMP (1828 – 1907) and Eliza BELSEY (1833 – 1910)
There has been research undertaken that implied that the daughter Eliza of Thomas KEMP and Eliza BELSEY ended up in Jamaica. Unfortunately the people who came to that conclusion are no longer alive to advise how they came to it.
Postings here are quick information extractions to show that it does not appear this Eliza is the one who left the country and was married in 1875. Will be filled out in more depth as time goes on.

From FreeBMD I extracted the Eliza and Elizabeth KEMP births for Kent that could be at all plausible. Have then filtered by the Registration Districts that I believe are the only options for births around that location.
This leaves only one real option for specifically Eliza with 1858 as the middle of a 5 year gap. So unless somehow missed being registered or going by different name this does appear to be the correct person especially when the birth location is so specific.

Jane KEMP appears to have married George TRICE Q3 1883 in Eastry, Kent, England per FreeBMD search.
But in Capel-le-Ferne according to this extract from Ancestry. However, I don’t believe location was ever in Eastry district.
