Some research into family tree members who have military connections. The information is very much evidence based, mainly taken from Ancestry and FreeBMD data sets, and the write ups follow a similar format.
They are extracted from mini biographies created over five years ago when I started the project and I have not provided many images of information found. The plan is to build on them over time.
In some cases will only be listing the names of them as they died less than fifty years ago so research held offline. For the others consolidated more recent history along with endeavouring to remove easily identifying data re descendants who may still be with us or died more recently.
In the majority of instances have minimal evidence of these individual’s military exploits as focused more on their family and the standard available resources re births, marriages, deaths and census returns.
